Since the COVID 19 pandemic, former Bangladesh captain Mashrafe becomes another man. Whenever people need help, his helping hands come for the rescue. He is also an MP of Bangladesh. Currently, the “Narail Express” extends his helping hands for his area people as well as for his countrymen. Recently, he shows his soft side again. Additionally,

people in Bangladesh become hapless due to the effect of Coronavirus. In order to assist them during this tough time, he even sold out his 16-years-old bracelet. The bracelet sold off for record 42 lakh taka. Mashrafe used this money to pay off the salary of those coaches of the Dhaka academy.

On the other hand, Mashrafe’s charitable organization “Narail Express Foundation” did this help in Dhanmondi’s Abahani field. Bangladesh cricket academy coaches association’s president and General Secretary Kazi Anwar Hossein and Razu Ahmed Raj attended the program along with the people of the Narail Express Foundation.

Furthermore, there were 82 coaches attended the program. All of them got 3 thousand takas during the program. At this program, Dhaka University’s assistant professor Dr. Salauddin was also present. According to him –

We provide knowledge to the student in the class and coaches train players on the field. They are the teacher in the cricket field. Today, Mash stands by them at this tricky situation. As a person of Narail, I feel honored.

In addition,

Mashrafe decided that 25 lakh taka from the bracelet will be used for the people of his birthplace Narail. Moreover, the 15 lakh taka will be used for the country’s freedom fighters who fought for the 1971 liberation war. Besides, some of the money will be used for poor students of Dhaka University, cricket coaches’ salaries, etc.
