Additionally, the silver color bracelet is like another body part of the former Bangladesh ODI captain. He is using this bracelet for a staggering 18 years. However, he was ready to give up his historic ornament for the Corona affected people. This is why he put up the bracelet for auction.

On top of that, his bracelet’s base price was 5 lakh taka. In the end, the bracelet sold in the auction for 42 lakh taka. Bangladesh Leasing and Finance Companies Association (BLFCA) bid the highest price of Tk 40 lakh for the bracelet that was set at a base price of Tk five lakh. But, they will not take it! BLFCA’s Chairman Mominul Islam confirmed the news.

We will not take the bracelet from the former honorable captain. Instead, we will give it back to him as a gift. But, it was such a great moment for us. This bracelet is priceless.

In addition, charitable organization Auction 4 Action hosted this auction program. They’ve already sold the World Cup bat of Shakib Al Hasan for 20 lakh taka. Besides, they’ve also sold Mushfiqur Rahim’s bat for 17 lakh which were brought by Shahid Afridi Foundation. Apart from them, Taskin Ahmed, Soumya Sarkar, and Akbar Ali also put up their cricketing gears for auction to raise money for the same cause.
