He wrote a long letter and shred it on twitter. there he spoke in a content mind about all his cricket life and confessed his gratitude. But he said it’s getting harder for him to keep ongoing.

He is indeed proud of all of the achievements in his 20 years of a professional career. McCullum agreed that his style of cricket had always made some crank and noise. He gathered wonderful memories from Culling Park to Lord’s and everything in between.

McCullum’s highest so far is the unbeaten 158 he made for Kolkata Knight Riders against Royal Challengers Bangalore in the inaugural IPL game in 2008. Moreover, he is the second-highest run-scorer in T20 Cricket. The first place, however, belongs to none other than Chris Gayle.
