A career best T20 knock from Dawid Malan!

It’s nice to win, it’s always nice to win the game. Our performance was also faultless and our players are motivated to win. It’s good to win games at the early of the campaign as it will help us to motivate ourselves for the later stages. After our big scoring, our bowlers also did a pretty good job. They didn’t let them(Surrey) score big.

Dawid expressed. He was also happy with his own performance. Dawid also named as the “Man of the Match” for his century.

Yes, it’s always a good feeling when you score a century. I am happy I did my best and helped my team to win the game.

Dawid also talks about the next game vs Gloucestershire.

The match against Gloucestershire will be very difficult. They are a very consistent team and they have players who can do good. It will not be an easy affair.

We want to continue this run. Our players change their mindset, focus and set their goals. They want to go far. We know the path ahead will not be easy. But, we have to keep improving.

Dawid concluded his post-match interview.

Middlesex will travel College Ground, Cheltenham for their next game against Gloucestershire while Surrey will face Glamorgan at their own ground Kennington Oval.
